Job Description



Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the uplift of their current CRM system, providing recommendations and overseeing strategy.
  • Oversee and maintain the CRM system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient and provider data.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve patient acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Supporting with the mapping of customer journey.
  • Work closely with the marketing, clinical, and administrative teams to align CRM initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and communication campaigns.
  • Identifying and segmenting specific audience.
  • Monitor CRM system performance, troubleshoot issues and provide support to staff.



The Successful Applicant



The successful candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Health Cloud, HubSpot) and data analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualisation tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
