Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing sales support to account managers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that stock is dispatched promptly and efficiently while maintaining operational flow.
  • Performing administrative tasks, including processing sales orders are invoicing.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
  • Providing exceptional customer service while proactively offering solutions.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Support with strong experience in Salesforce and CRM systems, invoicing, and freight. The ideal candidate will also possess in-depth product knowledge and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Attention to detail is crucial, particularly when entering sales order data and managing client information. This fast-paced role involves working with clients via phone and email. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site at our Southbank office.
