Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain digital records
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve job performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Care Support should have:

  • A background in customer service roles, ideally within the Utilities industry
