Job Description

Reporting to the Administration Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in recovering claims and implementing streamlined processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating effectively with other internal teams regarding complex claims or issues.
  • Adhere to and review internal policies, while gathering and evaluating customer data and relevant documentation.
  • Drive efforts to streamline and improve the efficiency of the claims process moving forward.
  • Recover outstanding funds from various schemes and Conduct thorough information collection and analysis.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the scheme's structures and requirements.
  • Analyse data and propose actionable improvements that enhance processes.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Claims Specialist who has a passion for delivering excellent service and enjoys working cooperatively within a small team. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Someone with a claims/financial background will be highly regarded, but not essential. The role will require full-time hours, Monday to Friday, two days working from home.
