About the Role:

We are seeking a permanent Customer Care Specialist to support our client. You will be an integral part of the team, collaborating with internal and external partners to manage customer orders and inquiries, ensuring seamless experiences for all stakeholders. You will be expected to work full time on site, with flexible starting hours and will have access to free parking.Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor incoming orders across various systems, ensuring timely completion and coordination with relevant parties.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to orders, including data issues, shipping, pricing, and credit holds.
  • Address queries on out-of-stock items and back orders.
  • Support the team with credit claims and transfer requests.
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments such as sales, finance, and distribution teams to streamline processes.
  • Generate and share reports with key stakeholders regarding inventory and order status.
  • Resolve order delivery issues and enhance overall team efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively to ensure the smooth processing of orders, product availability, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with performance and service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, social media) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively engage with customers to assess satisfaction
  • Maintain an organized workflow and ensure customer care inboxes are managed daily.
  • Adhere to KPI's - turnaround time to complete order processing, respond to customers and correspondence
