About Our Client

Our client, a prominent and fast growing wholesale company located in the Northern suburbs, are looking for a driven and skilled Customer Service Officer.About the Role:As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be an integral part of their team, through providing great customer service to their customers and ensuring an efficient process with customer orders. This position requires an individual to be onsite 5 days per week (Mon-Fri). Flexibility with rotated rostered hours, start times ranging from 8:00AM- 9:15AM.

Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Ensure streamlined processes are in place to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the product to effectively support customers and internal teams with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and meet business goals.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adapt to changing situations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in an alike position
  • Experience with order processing and dealing with customers
  • Strong phone correspondence- communication skills
  • Highly organised and capacity to manage tasks effectively
  • Excel in a high-energy and fast-paced office
  • Detail orientated and high level of precision in all tasks
  • Friendly and positive with outstanding customer service abilities
  • Must hold permanent residency/citizenship to be considered
