Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and superior customer service. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Entering purchase orders promptly and accurately.
  • Reviewing customer-supplied materials and packaging, informing clients of any shortages during ordering through phone calls/emails.
  • Following up with clients for timely provision of materials and packaging to meet production schedules.
  • Managing orders for customer-supplied materials and communicating them to the planning team.
  • Updating and maintaining client's open order reports, sharing them with clients as necessary.
  • Invoicing client orders and sending Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Packing Advice (PA) to designated clients.
  • Collaborating with the dispatch team to fulfil client requests.
  • Maintaining a client-focused approach, assisting clients in achieving their objectives through exceptional service.
  • Adhoc administrative tasks
