Job Description

  • Complete data entry of customer orders and returns in a timely manner.
  • Provide efficient and effective resolution to customer queries.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Record customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Assist in the development of customer service procedures and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Officer should have:

  • A strong background in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, ideally SAP.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
