Job Description

Key responsibilities:



  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional assistance via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


  • Product Knowledge and Sales Support: Advise customers on fitness products, promote special offers, and assist in making purchasing decisions to drive sales.


  • Order Management: Manage order tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.


  • Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Professionally handle customer complaints, identify solutions, and ensure a smooth resolution process.


  • Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience or exposure to gym equipment is preferred, with a strong understanding of machines and their functions.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative, adapt to new challenges, and work independently without clearly established procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Comfortable "figuring things out" on the go and making decisions in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a small, close-knit team, contributing to a positive work culture.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to embrace a start-up mindset and be adaptable as the company grows and evolves.
