Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Prepare quotations in Salesforce and convert to SAP orders upon receipt of purchase orders.
  • Enter and acknowledge all orders within 24 hours.
  • Confirm delivery dates and coordinate fulfilment across internal teams.
  • Monitor contract pricing, understand Incoterms, and support export documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order data in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Support database accuracy and prepare reports.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with invoice disputes, PO reconciliation, credit processes, and credit hold releases.
  • Escalate urgent issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Provide regular feedback to Account Leads.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Representative should have:

  • Minimum 5 years' B2B customer service experience
  • Background in mining, logistics, supply chain, or warehousing (highly advantageous)
  • Strong SAP experience (preferred)
  • Confident MS Office skills, especially intermediate-advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with CPQ, Salesforce, Incoterms (desirable)
  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities
  • Ethical, trustworthy, and receptive to feedback
  • Resilient, adaptable, and team‑focused
  • Confident working with data, processes, and technical systems
  • Full Australian Work Rights
