Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders accurately and ensure they are fulfilled within set timelines.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
  • Provide product information and support customers in understanding their options.
  • Assist in preparing reports and analysing customer feedback for process improvement.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Representative should have:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
