Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and service quality goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Representative should have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or other related tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
  • FMCG experience highly desirable.
  • Experience handling inbound and/or outbound calls required.
  • Full Australian work rights required.
