Job Description

  • You'll need strong relationship skills; an ability to connect with and understand people from all walks of life, whether they be farmers, warehouse teams or our retail stores.
  • You'll be highly motivated to partner with your Territory Manager and grow the territory by engaging closely with our network to support successful initiatives.
  • You'll have previous customer service experience.
  • You'll need to have high attention to detail and pride yourself on your accuracy of your work.
  • And be ready to join an organisation that's passionate about improving on farm life for our customers, their livestock and the land they're working on day to day.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Representative should have:

  • A qualification in agricultural or work experience in the agriculture and animal management sector
  • A connection with Australian agriculture and knowledge of livestock equipment or the agricultural industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
