Job Description

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record details of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance targets.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback on customer service processes and systems.
  • Participate in customer service training and development programs.
