Job Description

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using our SAP software.
  • Working collaboratively with a team to ensure all customer service metrics are met.
  • Providing exceptional service while representing cross brands

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service representative should have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, ideally with experience in SAP software.
