Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Commitment to providing a high level of customer care and client satisfaction
- Provide accurate course information and support with application and enrolment processes
- Convert course enquiries into enrolments
- Liaise with team to provide answers and updated information to students
- Seek information needed to propose solutions to problems
The Successful Applicant
Successful applicant will exhibit:
- Experience working in a call centre environment
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Polite and considerate approach when communicating with others
- Ability to build rapport with students to assist with enquiries
- Actively seek to meet customer and client needs
