Job Description

This is a heavily administrative, customer support role with a mix of responsibilities supporting our clients existing customer base, including:

  • End‑to‑end order processing and administration
  • Managing existing B2B customer enquiries via email and phone (approx. 10 calls per week)
  • Liaising with the warehouse and distribution team regarding orders and deliveries
  • Coordinating with factories on non‑standard or specialised products
  • Organising freight and tracking deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate records within internal system



The Successful Applicant

We are looking for someone who brings stability, reliability and a strong work ethic, along with:

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, order processing or administration (B2B experience highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fully office‑based role
  • Ability to learn systems and product information quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A team‑focused mindset and positive, professional attitude



Experience using ERP systems (such as SAP or similar) will be highly regarded but is not essential.
