Job Description

  • Provide outstanding service to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently via email.
  • Assist with processing orders and tracking customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Using SAP and Microsoft Teams daily
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
  • Support the team in achieving customer service goals and KPIs.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service professional should have:

  • Previous experience in customer service and B2B sales , preferably in the FMCG, Logistics or Manufacturing industry.
  • Previous experience in account managment is highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software.
