Job Description

  • Lead the design and execution of enablement strategies for data and AI adoption
  • Deliver engaging communications, learning programs, and change initiatives
  • Coach teams on responsible AI use, including privacy, security, and governance
  • Build and nurture a cross-functional community of data and AI practitioners
  • Support the rollout of tools such as M365 Copilot and analytics platforms

The Successful Applicant

You're a passionate change leader and communicator who thrives at the intersection of people and technology. You bring:

  • 8+ years' experience in data, digital, or change enablement roles
  • Proven success driving enterprise-wide adoption of new technologies
  • Strong understanding of AI and data platforms, with hands-on experience in rollout or training
  • Expertise in communication and learning design, with a focus on behaviour change
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g. Prosci, CCMP)
  • Excellent storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
