This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Business Analyst to join the property industry and contribute to meaningful technology projects. You will play a key role in analysing data and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Job Description

  • Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data models to support business objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation.
  • Support the implementation of technology solutions within the property industry.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure data systems align with business needs.

The Successful Applicant

Key Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in a senior or lead capacity to have the maturity to handle stakeholders. However, this person will be playing a hands-on role.
  • Need to show a level of maturity in measuredness and discretion, as they will be handling a lot of sensitive employee PII data.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops and stakeholder meetings.
  • Solid understanding of data models, databases, and data mapping.
  • Expert on MS Excel, especially for data manipulation.
  • Proficiency with tools such as DevOps, Confluence, Excel, diagramming software (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart, Miro).
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in enterprise system transformation, integration, or platform migration projects.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies, data warehousing, or ETL processes.
