About Our Client

My client is a government owned organization that is dedicated to improving and educating the community on financial and legal affairs. They are committed to enhancing their clients awareness and wellbeing, whilst contributing significantly to the economy. My client is undergoing several exciting digital transformation projects and is looking for a passionate Delivery Lead to join the team.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage software development projects throughout the entire project lifecycle (Salesforce CRM experience highly desirable).
  • Break down project requirements into actionable tasks and create project plans.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment for the development team.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have strong technical acumen and ability to engage with team in technical topics.
  • Understanding concepts of pre-prod environments and SDLC.
  • Source control and branching.
  • General software engineering concepts.
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering successful software projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
