They are committed to enhancing their clients awareness and wellbeing, whilst contributing significantly to the economy. My client is undergoing several exciting digital transformation projects and is looking for a passionate Delivery Lead to join the team.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage software development projects throughout the entire project lifecycle (Salesforce CRM experience highly desirable).
  • Break down project requirements into actionable tasks and create project plans.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment for the development team.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have strong technical acumen and ability to engage with team in technical topics.
  • Understanding concepts of pre-prod environments and SDLC.
  • Source control and branching.
  • General software engineering concepts.
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering successful software projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
