About Our Client
Our Client is a digital first and App driven Australian business within the health and fitness industry. A start up environment within a global framework that has invested in first class technology to continually support their aggressive growth strategy. As part of that growth they are recruiting a Performance Marketing Manager, to bring in Paid Media, paid search, programmatic and affiliate marketing capabilities.
Strategy - Performance Marketing
In collaboration with internal teams, to lead the formulation of data driven strategies and approaches for the purpose of ensuring that paid messages are well timed and coordinated in the marketplace.
To integrate a combination of relationship marketing, demand generation, channel enablement, and communications.
To identify and execute new online channels that could be leveraged, optimised, and eventually drive acquisition and profitability for the business.
To derive independent optimisation plans through data analysis, to develop and drive campaign budgets to an expected ROI, with an objective of exceeding campaign ROI objectives.
To implement "test and learn" functions with continuous measurement of marketing results and optimising programs and campaigns in order to convert leads to consumers.
Analysing buying patterns, online traffic, and performance for the purpose of understanding the effectiveness and detailed performance of each campaign. In addition competitor analysis and reporting to the leadership team.
This is a collaborative position across internal and external teams. Specifically with analytics, content and CRM teams, in order to develop a strong understanding of the business's consumer segmentation strategy and identify opportunities that will lead to growth and enhancement of marketing initiatives in online channels and to the creation of engaging display and video campaigns across various platforms.
Liaise closely with Technology partners to ensure up to date technology ads, ensuring optimal performance.
Strong leadership skills and knowledge of the skill set and experience required to build a collaborative performance marketing team.
Desire to support development and progression guides for their team.
The Successful Applicant
- Tertiary qualification within a Business related field, i.e. Marketing, Technology, Commerce
- Minimum of 5 years' experience across Performance Marketing, i.e. paid social, search, Display, Video, programmatic and/or affiliates, within an App driven business
- Analytical and performance data driven
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
