Job Description

  • Develop and implement acquisition marketing plans.
  • Act as a Project Manager for Acquisition Marketing campaigns.
  • Engage and manage both internal and external stakeholders throughout the briefings, production and execution stage.
  • Meet deadlines, budgets and deliverables for Acquisition Marketing activity.
  • Participate in marketing focus groups.
  • Implement governance across brand and marketing campaigns/initiatives.
  • Develop and implement acquisition campaigns for key markets.
  • Manage assigned marketing budget.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Carry out and assist with all tasks requested.

The Successful Applicant

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field of study.
  • Extensive experience in a Marketing role or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing marketing plans or campaigns, including writing and executing briefs.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting previous business objectives and contributing within a wider marketing framework.
  • Demonstrates strong digital skills.
  • Past experience with a CMS platform (Salesforce is desirable).
  • Experience in delivering marketing plan and campaigns that have utilised a diverse channel mix.
  • Experience in managing external partnerships, such as digital and media agencies, in order to achieve marketing objectives, such as digital and media agencies.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to identify shared business objectives with a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to communicate marketing information effectively.
  • Previous experience in copy writing, reporting on marketing activity performance and presenting to a range of audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner.
  • Sound knowledge on product marketing.
  • Ability to positively influence and coordinate stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Experience coordinating budgets, timelines and resources to successfully plan and deliver marketing campaigns or initiatives.
  • Self-driven and demonstrates initiative.
  • Team player.
  • Demonstrated experience within a large and complex organisation.
  • Ability to work outside normal office hours when required.
  • Australian residency or possesses a valid visa with work entitlement in Australia.
