Job Description

  • This role reports directly to The Managing Director
  • Responsible for managing and mentoring a small team of 2 consisting of a digital coordinator and a digital designer/developer
  • Looking for someone to drive and build digital presence whilst managing internal/external processes, but also to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Take ownership of the role whilst looking for new business development opportunities within the market
  • Setting up accurate paid campaigns such as SEM, Display, Video, Online, Social Media and Programmatic
  • Experienced with campaign set up and maintenance of existing campaigns
  • Providing and presenting campaign reports and analytics to clients - providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Managing existing accounts (5-8 accounts)
  • Taking over responsibility of current clients and client retention

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous 2-5 years experience within an agency environment
  • Strong hands on digital campaign advertising implementation, maintenance and reporting
  • Previous experience mentoring and leading a small team is desirable
  • Previous digital account management experience desirable
  • Experienced in providing creative digital solutions, strategies and recommendations for clients
  • Good understanding of the creative process and adding value to the broader business and clients for briefs and campaigns
  • Work well within a collaborative environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Driven and engaged within the digital marketing and creative industry - proactively keeping up to date with industry trends and personal development
  • Experience with Google Ad Studio and Facebook Business Manager
  • Ideally have an up to date Google Adwords and Google Analytics Certification
