This role is perfect for a dedicated Digital Learning and Training Officer keen to contribute to the public sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality training and development programs within the human resources department.
  • 5 weeks Annual Leave
  • 17.5% Leave Loading Purchase up to 4 Additional Weeks

Job Description

The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements.
  • Develop training materials and resources to support training initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with various department heads to understand their training needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training methods and techniques.
  • Facilitate a range of learning and development activities.
  • Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital Learning and Training Officer should have:



  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering engaging and effective training workshops relating to digital systems.


  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong communication across diverse customers.


  • Ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining deadlines.


  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple learning and development projects, including leading training workshops.


  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite.


  • Advanced skills in Copilot for Microsoft 365.


  • Change Management skills.


  • Previous experience with the TechnologyOne OneCouncil solution.
