Key responsibilities of this position include the following:
- Reporting into the General Manager, you will drive awareness and sales for 6 franchised stores.
- Creating content strategy consistent with brand guidelines to align each store's message.
- Living the 'café culture' and creating a social media campaign strategy to increase revenue.
- Tailoring campaigns to become bespoke to the market in each location.
- Generating and implementing internal communications to promote team work in each restaurant.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
- Recent experience within a similar supporting digital content and social media activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
