Job Description

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop social media strategy and manage implementation including content strategy, creation, execution, and key success measures for each platform including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Influencer and Ambassador management, working closely with our stable of Bisley ambassadors to create original content in Australia and internationally.
  • Create copywriting and design concepts to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Content creation including videos, images, animation etc.
  • Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy across website, social media advertising, Google ads and display.
  • Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Digital agency liaison and leading fortnightly WIP meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver B2B & B2C EDM campaigns.
  • Update website artwork, banners, and content to ensure the website is always circulating strong messaging in line with the marketing content.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or an appropriate discipline.
  • 2-3 years of proven success in similar role.
  • Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Numerate and analytical with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights.
