This role supports the delivery of digital marketing and online communications activity, including website management, social media, online campaigns and performance reporting. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, the position plays a key role in maintaining an engaging, effective and user‑focused online presence.

Job Description

  • Support the delivery of digital marketing activity across website, social media and online advertising channels
  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, usability and brand alignment
  • Assist with planning and executing digital campaigns, using data and insights to optimise performance
  • Create, edit and schedule engaging digital and social media content for diverse audiences
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality digital outputs
  • Monitor, analyse and report on website and campaign performance to inform future activity

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in digital or online marketing, communications or a related role
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different digital audiences
  • Experience managing websites or content management systems and supporting online campaigns
  • Confident working across social media platforms, digital advertising and online marketing tools
  • Well‑organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and projects effectively
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and customer‑focused approach
