About Our Client
Our client is a global iconic omni channel retailer. Their Australian and New Zealand team is dynamic, collaborative, and lean with the support of a global framework. They are growing their eCommerce capability and this opportunity will be an integral part of their growth strategy.
Strategy - Performance Marketing
In collaboration with the eCommerce Manager and internal teams, to lead the formulation of data driven strategies and approaches for the purpose of ensuring that paid messages are well timed, audience targeted and coordinated in the marketplace.
To integrate a combination of relationship marketing, demand generation, channel enablement, and communications.
To identify and execute new online channels that could be leveraged, optimised, and drive acquisition ROI.
Allocate budget and best channels to market for campaigns, with the objective of driving ROI %.
Responsible for the customer retention program strategy and ROI.
Audience segmentation build journey series and life-cycle management.
Responsible for acquisition and retention of customer subscriptions, and conversion from email to site.
Email Marketing strategy and execution.
To derive independent optimisation plans through data analysis, to develop and drive campaign budgets to an expected ROI, with an objective of exceeding campaign ROI objectives.
To implement "test and learn" functions with continuous measurement of marketing results and optimising programs and campaigns in order to convert leads to consumers.
Analysing buying patterns, online traffic, and performance for the purpose of understanding the effectiveness and detailed performance of each campaign. In addition competitor analysis and reporting to the leadership team.
This is a collaborative position across internal and external teams. Specifically with analytics, digital, content and marketing, in order to develop a strong understanding of the business's consumer segmentation strategy and identify opportunities that will lead to growth and enhancement of marketing initiatives on online channels and the creation of engaging display and video campaigns across various platforms.
Liaise closely with Technology partners to ensure up to date technology ads, ensuring optimal performance.
The Successful Applicant
- Tertiary qualification within a Business related field, i.e. Marketing, Technology, Commerce
- Proven experience within digital acquisition strategy, execution and optimisation i.e. paid social, search, Display, Video, programmatic and/or affiliates
- DTC experience
- Analytical and performance data driven
- Excellent communication skills
