Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Digital Platform Specialist:

Digital Strategy:

  • Develop and articulate the digital marketing strategy in alignment with marketing goals and business objectives.

Digital Content Management & SEO:

  • Craft SEO and content strategies.
  • Curate, assess, and adapt HQ-supplied digital assets.
  • Oversee the product page lifecycle (NPI/EOL).
  • Generate creative banners for promotions and product campaigns.
  • Produce on-page SEO content, product spec sheets, landing page content, and microsite content.

Digital Marketing + CRM:

  • Formulate strategies for performance management in online campaigns.
  • Assist in CX transformation with CRM proposals based on ideation and case studies.
  • Fine-tune media channels and audience targeting for optimal reach and conversion KPIs.
  • Enhance ROI through campaign optimization, drawing insights from historical performance and testing results.


  • Deliver precise, timely, and insightful digital reports to enhance decision-making processes.

Review Management:

  • Optimize and steer key deliverables for the review program.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Cultivate positive and robust collaborations with marketing teams (Local & Global) for the creation of informative, insightful, and benefit-oriented product content.

The Successful Applicant

Essential requirements for the successful candidate:

  • Tertiary marketing qualification with min 10 years experience in senior digital positions
  • Comprehensive experience in digital marketing, platform management, SEO/Content management
  • Experience in developing digital reporting and insights.
  • Demonstrate competence in use of Microsoft Office software suite, especially Word, Excel, Electronic mail PowerPoint.
