Job Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across private credit, financial institutions, and structured finance
  • Originate new business opportunities and support revenue growth
  • Deliver tailored credit ratings-based solutions and risk insights
  • Maintain deep understanding of debt capital markets and private credit trends
  • Engage directly with corporates, sponsors, and institutional investors
  • Lead client relationship management and structured outreach programs
  • Oversee pricing discussions and commercial negotiations
  • Coordinate with internal teams on product delivery and client solutions
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and strategic projects
  • Represent in external market engagement and client meetings



The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, business, or a related field.10+ years of experience in relationship management or client-facing roles in financial services
  • Strong background in corporate and institutional banking or debt capital markets preferred
  • Deep understanding of financial instruments, private credit, and capital markets
  • Proven ability to manage and grow complex client relationships
  • Strong business development and origination capability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with strong integrity and professionalism
