In the role of District Sales Manager - NSW, your primary responsibility will be to drive new sales and foster lasting relationships with customers in the Industrial/Manufacturing industry. You will be constantly developing new business, ensuring the growth and profitability of the business while maintaining a strong customer focus.
  • Salary: 110-120k + Super + 18k Car Allowance + Generous Commission
  • A self autonomous role with WFH capacity and the freedom to manage your weeks!

Job Description

  • Drive sales growth and profitability in the NSW region, focusing on new business development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximise sales opportunities
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrate product features to clients
  • Keep abreast of the Safety industry trends and market developments
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Use Salesforce to manage client relationships and sales activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful District Sales Manager should have:

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Industrial Safety industry
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills
  • Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with detection systems is a plus!
