The Diversity and Wellbeing Specialist will primarily focus on creating inclusive and healthy working environments within a large commercial organisation. This role requires a dedicated individual who can develop and implement diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing strategies across the organisation.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies within the organisation.
  • Create and roll out wellbeing initiatives that support employee health and happiness.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to ensure diversity and wellbeing programs align with company goals.
  • Provide guidance and advice on diversity and wellbeing-related issues to HR and management.
  • Facilitate diversity and inclusion training and workshops.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on the success and impact of diversity and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of diversity and wellbeing trends and legislation to ensure the organisation remains compliant and progressive.
  • Advocate for the organisation's commitment to diversity and wellbeing both internally and externally.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Previous experience in a HR generalist or specialist position.
  • Demonstrated experience of executing diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically.
