Job Description

  • High-level executive support to the Commercial Unit Leader (calendar management, travel, expenses, meetings)
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the ANZ HR function
  • Assist with planning and delivery of leadership meetings, offsites, and events
  • Attend key meetings and prepare notes, summaries, and action items
  • Ad hoc support on Commercial Unit initiatives and projects
  • Primary point of contact for building management, office access, visitors, and car parking
  • Oversight of office operations, supplies, kitchen, and facilities
  • Manage fleet vehicles, business mobile phones, and equipment
  • Coordinate vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and payment queries with global teams
  • Organise office events, functions, and visiting stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful EA/Office Manager should have:

  • 5 + years experience in office management or executive assistance in corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
