About Our Client
As the eCommerce & Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for providing world-class Customer Service to their customers via various service channels and executing our daily end-to-end eCommerce activities.
- Engage with our customers across a number of platforms including live chats, phone calls and emails.
- Deliver a world-class quality customer service experience that exceeds expectations
- Proactively enter and manage customer orders
- Updating and maintaining website content on a daily basis
- Working closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure understanding of digital executional plans to then manage customer queries.
- Identify opportunities to add value to every customer's experience
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in an eCommerce and Customer Service environment
- Knowledge with Shopify
- Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working as part of a small team, but also thrive working autonomously and can manage your own time and workload.
- You enjoy collaborating with other areas of the business to improve the customer experience.
- You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Able to travel now and again to assist with branding activities
- Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
