Job Description

The eCommerce Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • People management
  • Acting as IT and Web support to any issues identified through the Customer Service team
  • Working closely with you functional peers in approve Customer Experience eg Technology, Marketing, Customer Service, Inventory and Logistics
  • Proactively looking at opportunities to improve website performance
  • Website security
  • Developing customer centric strategies utilising your in-depth knowledge in eCommerce innovation

The Successful Applicant

As the successful candidate you will ideally possess:

  • A track record in a previous eCommerce Operations Manager position or similar role
  • Experience working within the retail sector
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • Understanding of the end to end eCommerce life-cycle.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working across eCommerce, Customer Service and Operations
  • People management skills
