About Our Client
Our client is a growing eCommerce platform who are going through significant growth both locally and overseas.
The eCommerce Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- People management
- Acting as IT and Web support to any issues identified through the Customer Service team
- Working closely with you functional peers in approve Customer Experience eg Technology, Marketing, Customer Service, Inventory and Logistics
- Proactively looking at opportunities to improve website performance
- Website security
- Developing customer centric strategies utilising your in-depth knowledge in eCommerce innovation
The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate you will ideally possess:
- A track record in a previous eCommerce Operations Manager position or similar role
- Experience working within the retail sector
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Understanding of the end to end eCommerce life-cycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working across eCommerce, Customer Service and Operations
- People management skills
