  • Electrician Supervisor with A grade electrical license.
  • Experienced in manufacturing, FMCG, food or beverage environments.

Job Description

The Electrical Supervisor will have the following duties:

  • Supervise and lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Plan and schedule electrical maintenance to minimise downtime.
  • Oversee the installation, repair, and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all projects.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to optimise equipment performance.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on electrical activities and performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently to support production goals.
  • Train and mentor team members to foster skill development and adherence to best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Electrical Supervisor should have:

  • Electrical license is a must**
  • Previously worked either industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, food or beverage is a must**
  • Previous leadership/ supervising experience
  • Solid knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
  • Familiar with CMMS systems
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and electrical schematics.
