Our client a well know industry leader is seeking an ER specialist to join the team.
The main objective of the Employee Relations advisor is to coach and mentor leaders to enable them to lead a high performing teams.
- ER interpretation;

- Guide, coach and influence managers through complex workplace relation matters.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a strong background in employee relations and enjoy partnering with the business, influencing stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or related discipline;
- Experience providing high-level strategic advice to senior executives and managers to develop practical workplace relations solutions;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously are a must;
- Immediately available or able to start the contract in 2019.
