Job Description

  • Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the research and development of new automation technologies and solutions.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support the professional development of team members through mentoring and guidance.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Engineering Manager should have:

  • Engineering Bachelors Degree, preference with mechatronics and mechanical
  • A strong background in engineering and automated manufacturing within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in leading research and development initiatives.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automation systems and technologies.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
