Job Description

Lead and manage the South Australian engineering team to design, develop, integrate, and deliver complex wired and wireless communication systems for our clients projects. This is a working lead role combining management and hands-on engineering.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team.
  • Manage end-to-end engineering processes: design, procurement, build, commissioning, and handover.
  • Resource planning and allocation.
  • Provide technical direction and assurance.
  • Review and approve technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and Clients Engineering Manual.
  • Support proposals and estimates for new projects.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Drive Safety in Design and risk management.
  • Occasional site visits for leadership and client engagement.



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's in Communications/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Eligible for Engineers Australia membership (CPEng highly regarded).
  • 15+ years in engineering design/delivery.
  • 5+ years in leadership (team of 5+).
  • EPC contracting experience.
  • Industry exposure: Telecommunications, Mining, Oil & Gas, Defence.
