With a growing team and a strong project pipeline, the company is seeking a senior leader to help drive technical excellence and team performance.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThe Team Lead is a key technical contributor and coordinator, responsible for effective project delivery through coordinating team workloads, assisting with engineering activities, and providing structured technical review and direction. You will uphold the quality and consistency of project outputs, maintain strong engagement with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects progress efficiently and professionally.
