Job Description

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance system functionality.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business needs.
  • Conduct regular system updates and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Provide training and support to users of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
  • Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with other technology systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in a medium enterprise environment (must have).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Hands‑on experience managing ServiceNow modules, catalogs, workflows, forms, and UI policies.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification strongly preferred.
