About Our Client

My client is a rapidly growing and fast paced managed service provider based in Artarmon.

They provide first class outsourced IT services that are tailored specifically to their clients needs.

The group is a close knit team who enjoy regular social engagements such as a monthly golf day, barbecues and outings.

Job Description

* Provide remote support to external clients
* Perform proactive and reactive tasks for monitored environments
* Produce and maintain helpdesk documentation, site documentation and other intellectual property of the company
* Efficiently and effectively communicate with clients on a day to day basis regarding the status of their tickets.
* Efficiently document all services in detail within the ticket management system
* Maintain tickets ensuring all schedules, notes and time entries are entered straight away
* Work with the client services team to ensure all client requests are actioned within contracted SLA's
* Provide assistance/mentoring to junior technicians
* Provide our clients with quality customer service that works in line with the company's core goals and values
* Maintain an average SmileBack rating of 90% or higher
* Always act in the customers' best interest
* Provide afterhours support where required

The Successful Applicant

Strong client focus and communication skills
* Experience working within a team environment
* 1+ years' experience in a technical position
* Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills
* Technical certifications such as (TAFE, Microsoft, Cisco)
* Excellent Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and client-care
* Excellent organisational and administrative skillsBehaviours Required:
* Proficient in English (written and verbal)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Presentable and good personal hygiene
* High attention to detail
* Good time management
* Honesty and integrity
* Enjoy working with people
* Positive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast pace and changing environment
