Their operations support some of the country's largest resource companies and public infrastructure programs, and they are recognised for their technical breadth, project reliability, and strong industry reputation built over decades.Job DescriptionOversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP finance systems.Primarily focus on the D365 F&O ERP but also other legacy finance cloud applications.Ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements and industry standards.Collaborate with internal teams to optimise workflows and processes.Provide training and support to end-users on ERP systems.Identify and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations.Work closely with IT and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and security.Generate reports and insights to support decision-making within the property industry.Stay updated on industry trends and recommend system enhancements as needed.The Successful ApplicantA successful ERP Finance Systems Manager should have:Experience in managing and implementing ERP systems.Strong understanding of D365 / F&O ERP.Experience with other finance cloud applications and the purpose of them.Strong understanding of finance processes and data management.Proficiency in system optimisation and troubleshooting.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.A proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements.Ability to communicate and engage with senior stakeholders (ie.
