About Our Client

Our client is a leading family owned business who specialise in designing, manufacturing, and supplying leading edge visual communications equipment to Australian schools, universities and corporate organisations.

Job Description

  • Prepare tender submissions for costings
  • Investigate and review all addendums and documentation received
  • Liaise internally with Tenders Team, Production Manager, Installers and Office Manager
  • Liaise externally with Customers, Architects, Builders and Suppliers via phone, email and on site any queries or issues
  • Liaise with clients on project requirements
  • Prepare for & attend tender interviews
  • Updating of databases including tender win/loss worksheet to identify and report on tender status and outcomes/decisions on a weekly basis

The Successful Applicant

  • Industry experience in the Construction sector
  • Proficiency with Online applications such as Aconex, Estimate, Cordell, Procore, Bidcontender etc
  • Extremely efficient, organised and productive work patterns
  • The ability of oversee and manage multiple contracts at once
