Job Description

As the EUC & EUT Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will take ownership of the end‑user technology landscape, providing architectural leadership, governance, and continuous improvement across devices, identity, and virtual environments.

Architecture & Strategy

  • Define EUC/EUT architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks
  • Develop and maintain end‑user technology roadmaps aligned to business, security, and user experience goals
  • Provide architectural oversight across EUC, Citrix, and developer environments



Technology & Platform Governance

  • Lead design reviews for Laptop SOE, Citrix, and developer environments, identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Oversee Entra ID tenancy and Active Directory Certificate Services, including PKI, templates, CRLs, and life cycle processes
  • Ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with enterprise design principles



Security, Risk & Compliance

  • Implement identity governance, conditional access, and endpoint compliance controls
  • Conduct architecture risk assessments and ensure adherence to regulatory and organisational standards



Automation, Innovation & Experience

  • Drive automation across provisioning, de‑provisioning, and certificate life-cycle management
  • Evaluate emerging EUC technologies (VDI, DaaS, collaboration tools) and recommend adoption strategies
  • Champion continuous improvement in end‑user experience, performance, and cost efficiency



Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for EUC/EUT technologies
  • Partner with operations teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to deliver outcomes
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural governance across initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Mandatory experience

  • Extensive experience in EUC/EUT architecture within large, complex enterprise environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of Citrix, VDI, Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, and endpoint security
  • Hands‑on experience with Entra ID, identity governance, and AD CS / PKI
  • Proven background in enterprise architecture, standards, and governance
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills



Nice to have

  • TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
  • Experience with automation, scripting, and Power BI reporting
  • Exposure to large‑scale transformation or regulated environments
