We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide 1:1 support to the Executive Chair of a property development organisation. This role requires a legal background to be successful in the role.

About Our Client

Our client have established themselves as one of WA's leading developers in residential property. Located in Nedlands, WA this role will require the successful candidate to be in office as well as ad-hoc travel to South Australia.

Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Chair, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings - scheduling, preparation of materials, taking minutes.
  • Document internal procedures and policies as required.
  • Managing expenses
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks required by the Executive Chair.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience supporting Executive up to a C-Suite/Chair level
  • Legal Background in some capacity
  • Available to travel when needed
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to take initiative, prioritise tasks and work independently.
