Job Description

As the Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative and support tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Ensuring the Managing Director is thoroughly prepared for daily and weekly internal and external meetings, conferences, and engagements.
  • Overseeing the full coordination of meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, organising venues, managing facilities, and arranging catering.
  • Managing the Managing Director's diary and coordinating all travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and managing comprehensive meeting packs.
  • Monitoring deadlines to ensure the Managing Director stays on track.
  • Providing support to the Managing Director's direct reports as needed and acting as a central point of contact across various teams.
  • Attending team meetings, recording actions and decisions, and reporting outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the organisation and execution of critical meetings.
  • Proactively identifying areas and teams that require additional support to enhance engagement and efficiency.
  • Championing the organisation's culture, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

  • You bring experience from a similar role in a fast-paced environment, with outstanding organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • You are a quick thinker who anticipates the needs of the Managing Director and takes the initiative to streamline their workload.
