Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the daily schedules of senior executives.
  • Organise and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Support administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience in an executive support role within the business services industry.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
