Job Description

  • Coordinate all aspects of exhibition planning and implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Act as the primary interface between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the design, installation, and deinstallation of exhibitions to meet organisational standards.
  • Monitor budgets and resources to ensure efficient allocation and cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards across all exhibitions.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and address potential risks or challenges to project timelines or deliverables.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the exhibition team, fostering a productive work environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Exhibition Interface Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in exhibition or project management within the Public sector.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safety and accessibility standards relevant to exhibitions.
